Camp Makeblock Robotics – Codey Rocky
Grades 1st –3rd
Codey Rocky Robot Prices vary by location; the price includes a lab fee $395
Makeblock Codey Rocky is an ideal robot for campers to learn interactive coding.
With 20+ coding tasks and fun and exciting lessons, Codey Rocky helps children
learn robotics, programming, game design, and IoT (Internet of Things), in a fun way.
Each component is carefully designed to enable kids to be creators, inventors, and
entrepreneurs.
Campers will be able to take their Codey Rocky home with them at the end of the
week.

Hours & Fees
- Our week is Monday-Friday from 9 am-4 pm.
- Pre-camp and Post-camp hours are available:
- Pre-camp starts at 8 am and is $35 for the week.
- Post-camp hours go to 5:30 pm, costing $45 per week.
Depending on the camp, additional lab fees may apply. Please see our camp descriptions for more information.
The Half-Day Summer Camp Program
For campers ages 4-5, we also offer a half-day program. The hours are from 9-1 pm. Post Camp services are not available for the half-day program. Your camper will need a snack, lunch, and drinks.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds will be given until April 1st. A 75% refund will be given between April 2nd and May 31st. No refunds will be made after June 1st. All registration cancellations will incur a $30 fee to cover our administration and registration fees.

Sun Screen Waiver Form
With hot summer temperatures upon us, we’d like to remind you of the extra precautions we take to make sure our campers stay cool and well hydrated. Please take a look at our FAQ page to see our procedures for keeping the kids cool! If you would like us to apply sunscreen, please fill out the waiver form and hand it into the Camp Director on Monday morning.
Summer Camp Planner
Club SciKidz realizes that families are very busy during the summer. With multiple camps and sometimes multiple kids, it can be a real challenge planning and then getting them to all of their summer activities.
How do we stay on top of it all without going crazy!? The easiest solution, we believe, is to send all of your kids to every single week of Club SciKidz Summer Camp. With 42 unique camps, we have something for all of your kids!
However, we know that is not always practical, and that your kids have other interests as well, such as art/sports/etc… So, we have created this simple Summer Camp Planner to help you organize your summers. All you have to do is print it out and put your child’s name up top and then fill-in the rest of their Summer Camp Schedules. This is a great tool to help organize & plan your summers and hopefully give you a little more time to have some time of your own!
Medical Form
The Welcome Packet mentions an ‘Administration of Medicine Form’. If your child requires any medications during the time he/she is at the camp, please download this form and print it, fill in the required information, and bring it with the child on the first day of camp.

The Typical Daily Schedule:
8:00 am-9:00 am Pre-Camp- Extended Care.
8:30 am-9:00 am General Check-in, campers greeted by staff.
9:20 am- All Camp Morning Meeting
9:45 am-10:30 am 1st S.T.E.A.M Rotation.
10:45 am-11:00 am Snack and Refresh.
11:00 am-11:45 am 2nd S.T.E.A.M Rotation.
12:00 am-12:45 am Lunch/Recess/Face Painting.
12:50 am-1:00 pm Optional ½ Day Program Ends.
1:00 pm-1:45 pm 3rd S.T.E.A.M Rotation.
1:50 pm-2:35 pm MTWI (Minute to Win it)/Games/Bingo
2:45 pm-3:30 pm Snack and Refresh and Outdoor Component (Team and Skill Building).
3:30 pm Clean-up & pack up.
3:40 pm All Campers return to the assembly room.
3:45 pm Camper Pickup begins.
4:00 pm Post-camp extended care begins.
5:30 pm Post camp ends
Our half-day option is only available for grades PreK-K. The half-day camper’s day will go from 9-1 pm. Pack lunch and snacks. They will have recess after lunch but will miss our outdoor component in the afternoon and some science activities. But, they will receive 2 full sessions of science in the morning. If they are already going to school, we recommend the full-day camp.
